Pioneer Masonry was founded in 1985 by Mark Katzer to serve the growing need in Kosciusko County for quality residential and commercial masonry and concrete. With our dedicated crews we are able to provide quality work at affordable prices.
We are conveniently located on State Road 15 north of Warsaw.
Our Seal-Tec division provides for new and existing basements, including damp and waterproofing systems and crack repair. We also offer an indoor air circulation unit that reduces mold and improves air quality.
Our goal is to be the leading concrete and masonry specialists in Northern Indiana. We are committed to keeping up to date with changes and improvements in the masonry and concrete trades and making the finest quality work available at reasonable cost to our valued customers.

History: Mark Katzer, president and founder, established Pioneer Masonry in the spring of 1985, with a small crew that specialized in residential concrete, brickwork and block foundations for manufactured homes. Over the years the company grew and added light excavation, commercial work, stone fireplaces, decorative concrete and poured basements walls and basement solutions. He now runs three crews with over 8 trained employees. With our emphasis on quality and value, Pioneer Masonry Inc. has served the Greater Warsaw community for over 25 years and developed into one of the area’s leading construction businesses.

- Concrete Flatwork, including Poured Floors, Sidewalks, Steps & Driveways.
- Poured Basements Walls, including cast-in-place concrete walls for foundations, basements, and room additions.
